A Few Simple Farm Guidelines
Welcome to Cackleberry Pines! We are honored that you've chosen to spend part of your Christmas season with us. This farm is not only our business—it's our home, our family's gathering place, and a little piece of heaven that has been cherished for generations. The fields, woods, and countryside that surround you are places we cherish every day. While we open the farm to the public for only a few weekends each year, we truly enjoy sharing this special place with families as they create their own holiday memories.
To help keep the farm safe, peaceful, and beautiful for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests respect a few simple guidelines while visiting:
-
We love animals and know that many dogs are wonderful companions. However, to help create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of our guests—including young children and those who may have allergies, fears, or previous negative experiences with dogs—we kindly ask that pets stay at home. Certified service dogs are always welcome.
-
No saws of any kind, including hand, electric, or gas-powered saws (we will gladly cut your tree for you)
-
No drugs or alcohol
-
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
-
Please dispose of all trash properly and help us keep the farm clean and beautiful
We believe the magic of a Christmas tree farm comes from families being able to slow down, enjoy nature, and spend time together in a welcoming country setting. Thank you for helping us care for this little corner of the world and for treating it with the same respect and kindness you would your own home. Guests who choose not to follow these expectations may be asked to leave. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing our farm with your family for years to come.
