Cackleberry Pines is a small, family-run tree farm tucked away in the Hancock County countryside between Jenera and Bluffton. We grow a limited number of Christmas trees each year, focusing on quality, care, and a relaxed holiday experience.
When you visit, you’ll find fresh air, the smell of pine, a warm crackling fire, delicious hot chocolate and time to choose a tree without the crowds.
At our Christmas tree farm, every visit feels like a tradition in the making. As you wander through fields dotted with evergreens and Christmas music playing in the background, you’re not just picking a tree — you’re choosing a memory. Finish your experience with one of our personally decorated wreaths, each crafted with care to bring the spirit of the season home.

Our Trees
We are committed to growing healthy, beautiful trees while being good stewards of the land. Whenever possible, we follow organic growing practices and use chemical treatments only when absolutely necessary to protect the health of our trees and the long-term sustainability of the farm.
Reservations help us keep the farm small, uncrowded, and the trees healthy while ensuring each family enjoys a relaxed, personalized experience. Be sure to reserve your spot, as our seasonal supply is limited. Our reservation link is typically posted in late September or early October.
Our Field Grown Trees
Our field-grown trees are planted, grown, and shaped right here on our farm. We don’t rush the process, and we don’t overgrow our trees. Each tree receives years of care and attention, from planting and pruning to mowing and maintenance. By focusing on quality rather than quantity, we're able to grow healthy, beautiful trees that help create lasting holiday memories for the families who visit our farm.

Our Pre-Cut Trees
Along with our field-grown trees, we offer premium pre-cut trees sourced from trusted farm partners in northern Michigan. This allows our fir trees in the fields more time to mature while giving families access to additional varieties and sizes. By offering both options, we can provide greater selection while maintaining the quality and experience our customers have come to expect from the farm.
