Quick Overview: What's Available for 2024

This year we have 6 varieties of Christmas Trees with sizes ranging from 5 feet up to 9 feet tall. Prices are displayed on the tag of each tree and the price includes tax. Trees are priced by the foot and are also dependent upon the quality and species of the tree. Prices vary from $55 up to $120.

Selecting Your Tree

Selecting your Christmas tree is different for each family. Your perfect tree is dependent upon a variety of factors. Those factors include the location in your home, the height of your ceilings, type of ornaments you will use, how long you want your tree to last, strong, medium or no scent, your budget and tree style preference tall, short, thin, wide, full, sparse. We have included pictures and common characteristics of the species that may be available below.

Terms of Sale

Trees that are eligible for cutting are marked with a color coded tag with the price of that tree listed. All trees are individually priced. If there is NO TAG on the tree, then it is NOT FOR SALE so please do not cut the tree!

When you have a tree cut, you implicitly agree to purchase the tree at our posted prices. We make every effort to provide fresh, long-lasting trees, but we do not warranty the tree condition once it leaves the farm. Customers are encouraged to learn about the different species prior to arriving at the farm. We recommend customers inspect their tree thoroughly before cutting, as crooked trunks, bare spots, needle retention failure, uneven branch growth, pests etc. are responsibility of the buyer. Pre-Cut ONLY

Fraser Fir

A beloved Christmas tree variety and considered the "Cadillac" of cut Christmas trees.
Upward-turning branches give it a classic look that can hold heavier ornaments securely.
Has excellent needle retention.
Medium, long lasting fragrance.
Has soft silvery dark blue-green needles.

Pre-cut Only

Canaan Fir

Canaans are very popular in Ohio as a Christmas Tree.
Excellent needle retention
Branch density is strong.
Good fragrance
Short dark blue/green needles with white undersides
Very similar to Balsam and Fraser fir

Pre-Cut ONLY

Balsam Fir

An extremely attractive Christmas tree.
Has a very pleasant, strong Balsam aroma.
Has a layered appearance giving it that traditional Christmas tree look.
Needle retention is good
Branches are relatively stiff and can accomodate medium weight ornaments.
Dark green needles are interspersed with natural hints of silver, which bring a bigger sparkle to your Christmas décor.

Scotch Pine

A Traditional Christmas tree with a loyal following and is still a very popular Christmas tree in Ohio!
Excellent needle retention
Medium to long blue/green needles.
Needles are fairly stiff
Dense form
Rich pine fragrance

White Pine

White Pines have very soft branches and needles.
Great for light weight ornaments but not heavy ornaments!
Excellent to good needle retention
The needles are considered to be “long” (2″-4″).
They have a great pine scent
